Travel Tools - ITA Matrix Advanced Routing Not Working?

Hi,

I'm getting "no flights found" on any advanced routing I specify that involves a specific connection point. Even simply things like:

FROM: SFO
X:BOS
TO: JFK

... Is returning no results. This only started happening once they upgraded the tool to choose airports within more than 300 airports I think.

Anyone else having this problem and/or know what's up?

Same experience for me. All routings return "no flights found".

Update. It seems that you must make sure to check all the option settings. My issue was in the stops setting. ITA defaulted to nonstop flights only. I changed to no limit, and now everything is back to normal.

Further update. Still no good when I list multiple cities in my destination. Nonstops flights only is the default, and all others are grayed out. Since almost every flight for me is through ATL, no flights are found.

I believe Google may have succeeded in ruining a great product.

Yeah, this sucks. I was super excited when I saw they had options for airports within more than 300 miles but then realized that something broke in the process.

This makes my hidden cities scheming much harder.

I discovered that when working on a mileage run there is now a 5 airport code limit to get the no limit on stops to be an option.

Making it harder to do mileage run searches as of now. Hopefully it will revert in the future with enough complaints or comments.

I had problems today with the advanced routing when entering c:ua etc.

Lately I have seen alot of fares which I can't book because there are no seats in that fare class.

It seems to be fixed as of 6/28. I can now do a search with up to 10 destinations, and no limit is now a selectable option.
