Air France Frequence Plus - Awful Affaires-Class-Seat on AF A380

Today I flew Los Angeles - Paris (AF065) on the AF A380 in Affaires Class. My Seat was not working, so I had to take another seat. On this new Seat the Tochscreen was not working and the Screen on the Remote was totaly broken. The Headphone of my neighbour was also not working. Why does Air France let me sit in such a seat!? :td: I like Air France Affaires-Class, but this is not good! In my eyes this is a shame. There were also scratches erverywhere on the Screen.
I've reported all these things to the Crew, but they did not seem very interestet in that. Also I will write a Letter. Because this is just awful looking, or!?

This is another thing I don't understand, grown up people's (in most cases grown ups but of course not limited to grownups) abilities to not take care of property which are not their own. Could it be the usual imbecile who starts pressing harder and harder on the remote because it doesn't change the channels OR start hitting a device with their fist because it doesn't work?
I think you are in your full right to send a letter to AF explaining what happened and as usual you will receive x number of miles for your troubles. If this changes anything in the process on how to get things fixed in the future will be unsaid for now.

I've wrote a real Letter (!) with pics and send it to France. I've wrote a E-Mail too. But since more than two weeks no answer from Air France. :td:
Any ideas to make this things public?
I thought the LAX A380 was the newest addition to the fleet?!

AF doesn't fly a particular A380 to LAX. All planes are on rotation (necessary as all have maintenance days ans as no rotation would work on a perfect 24 hours anyway). The planes flying to LAX normally all have PV but I believe that some of the 'old' A380s have now been retrofitted with PV with the change only affecting the rear part of the upper deck without the rest of the seats being affected in any way.

I remember reading that the LAX flight had the A380 with newest P product.

Today I got a very nice call from a German speaking Air France/Klm man. He said he is very sorry about all and gave us Miles.

Would you mind sharing how much does AF value this inconvenience? Thanks!
