Is it possible to transfer from D to B at LAS without leaving security? In other words, can a passenger use the lounge at D, take the shuttle back to security, show the TSA a WN BP and be let through to the C tram (thats been reported as permissible) and then walk from C to B?

You can go from D to C. Does B connect in?

You can. I have done it, and it was suggested to me by a security agent when I asked about smoking.

You take the tram from D gates to main terminal, but stay inside security. If you have a boarding pass for a flight out of B (this is a necessity), show it on one of the always-helpful TSA people and they will open the door in the otherwise locked barrier between D and C concourses. Then you can walk to B on a bridge.

Yes, but you need to find a TSA agent to let you through the locked doors between concourses D and C screening areas. Once inside the security bubble at C, there is a tunnel C to B with a reasonable length walk.
