I am getting truly frustrated with checkmytrip.com. For quite some time now I have been unable to sign into my account: it says the system cannot process my request at that time, try again later. Is it another of these joke websites which is just going to stop functioning and disappear?

It really was useful in these uncertain times for checking Diamond Club bookings, just in case of schedule changes and other surprises. Anyone else having similar problems?

I was having problems viewing a recent redemption booking in the new CMT site, but I could access it in the Classic site (discussed in some other threads as well I think).

I have exactly the same problem. I think it is caused by some re-ticketed DC awards (involving SQ metal?) which you are no longer able to look up on checkmytrip.com (give it a try without trying to log into your profile first!). Hence you can no longer log on to your profile (coz the intinerary you saved is no longer viewable). You can still view these itineraries on classic.checkmytrip.com :confused:

Thanks for the feedback..glad I am not the only one! I will try what you suggested. I do, however, seem to be permanently locked out from my account!

Seems my flights on Thai to and from DPS have/were cancelled Tues and Thurs Services, but has now been rebooked on Wedbesday. So I can retrieve PNR again. Only problem now is wondering who or when will re-issue the e-ticket.
