Mileage Run Deals - AA: BOS-PVG $491 ai OW

I'm seeing some availability in October (I looked 19th-22nd specifically). With a stopover in LAX, I'm getting 2.7cpm—great deal. You have to travel by November 15th, book by June 25th.

There are some other good fares in the lower $500 range from JFK, LGA.

Dooooooooooooooooooh. OW fair, not AI. Jumping on deals with little sleep isn't the best recipe. Sorry.

Checking ITA I get $1007 for BOS-PVG.... $491 OW? (wish it were RT !) cpm is actually 5.4, which is not too bad...

MIA is pricing out for $1106 AI, with a base fare of $351 OW and YQ of $318.

Sorry guys, my bad. When I confirmed on the .com, I failed to notice that I had booked a one way fare. I priced it down to $1006 RT, not such a good deal.

Add segments to make this as close as possible to MPM.

Really? ~$1000 for US east coast-Asia. Yea not bad but nothing spectacular. I've looked at some of AA's Fall "Deals" and really don't see much worth noting. A lot of UA east coast - Europe for $800-1000 in the Fall. I don't know maybe I'm living in the past but I thought good Sept-Feb/Mar fares in these markets were in the $500-700 range.

Fuel surcharges are really up on all routes this year. Base fares can be $140 o/w but double that gets added as f/s, then come other fees and taxes to further up the fare. Get used to it...this is the future and it's here now! (Even voting for Romney won't bring back the good old days...)

Sigh, this fare is still almost double the one I got when I did my epic-2-week-non-stop-MR :D
