Other Asian, Australian and South Pacific Frequent Flyer Programs - Cebu Paicifc refund policy/experiences

I have a flight HKG-KIL coming up and I would need to cancel it. Does anyone have any experience in dealing with this with Cebu Pacific?

It depends of your ticket conditions of course. But I tried to get a refund before and that was quite difficult. Endless waiting on the phone... Eventually I found on the forum somewhere (sorry did not keep the link), the e-mail address of someone at Cebu Pacific dealing with customer service. I e-mailed her and it was sorted out resolved within a matter of days.

are you based in the Philippines or will you be heading there? Speaking in-person to someone from their ticketing office may expedite the process but don't expect to get a refund.

I've been the the philippines many times and basically it's best to consider money as a strictly one way transaction.

Getting a refund for anything takes an act of congress - no matter the reason.

Buyer beware and make absolutely sure before you lay out money for anything - cuz it ain't coming back.
