Luxury Hotels - Virtuoso at Aria Las Vegas

Hello.
So I have an upcoming stay at Aria Las Vegas booked via Virtuoso. The amenities include a 25p/p per day breakfast credit good at the buffet, cafe, or in room dining. I am really not a breakfast eater. Even when it's free. Besides, who is up for breakfast in Vegas?! ha ha. So I wonder what happens if I have "breakfast" at 7pm in my room. Or if I eat breakfast at the tappas place. Or do you thin the Aria computer is smart and won't allow for that.
Either way I am happy with my rate. I just hate to waste the daily credit.

Typically, you can't do this. However, there have been instances where I've returned to my room after a morning meeting and ordered off the lunch menu around noon and was able to have it negotiated off the bill as an ostensible "breakfast charge."

You may have luck converting your daily free breakfast into a bar credit, but I'd be surprised.

Thanks for that information. Kind of a bummer. When I go to Vegas it's for work. So I am gone from the hotel by 5:30am and don't really want to eat breakfast there via room service at 5am. If it was just f&b credit they would be HUGE in my book!
