Flying Blue (Air France, KLM, and Other Partners) - Share and Fly - Too good to be true?
Just logged on to check a flight and saw a new option "Share and Fly".
Seems I can share my miles with a person of my choice (and vice versa) - could this finally be family membership, maybe even better?
Couldn't see any T's and C's - this is going to create lots of questions - or disappear quickly...

You need to be an FB Amex holder to use Share and Fly.
Confirmed changes to KLM Flying Blue American Express cards [the Netherlands] (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/18421497-post624.html)

Since the option is back in the menu after logging in, I have tried it several times, but each time it gives just a blank page.
Why putting this option online while it doesn't work yet??

Did you register with Amex?
If not, you have to contact Amex and give them the FB number of the person holding the extra Amex card.
Amex will inform FB; then, and only then, you can share and fly.

Unfortunately the only way to share the miles, is by phone. I guess it will take quite some time to correct this on the website.

I believe it is available again through the Air France website (it was there in the weekend).

The KLM gives a blank website for me too, while a month ago or so I was able to successfully transfer miles through KLM Share&Fly online.

The first time it was available it worked fine (a bit too fine as others mentioned).

The Dutch AF site does not even have a link, the French AF site did the trick.

Yes, indeed, the French AF site works! Although... you get the transfer form, but no visible buttons to continue!
I just pressed <Enter> to continue and a new screen came up to with the question to confirm. Again no buttons visible. But I found out that there is an invisable button under the form on the right side.
Very very weird, but I got miles transferred!
The Share & Fly option seems to have disappeared from AF website as well. At least... I can't find it any more.
Anybody ideas how to use the Share & Fly option?
Did some research and found it, but is well hidden...
- go to airfrance.fr and keep French language
- login into your FB account
- replace the url with this one: https://www.airfrance.fr/X01/fr/local/voyageurfrequent/flyingblue/fblue_manage_my_account_amex.htm (https://www.airfrance.fr/X01/fr/local/voyageurfrequent/flyingblue/fblue_manage_my_account_amex.htmhttp://)
- scroll down and click the link Share & Fly
- use google translate if you're not good at French...;)

I have an easier solution....jus call FB support give 'm your FB number, the amount of miles to transfer and the FB number of the account you want to send it....and within 5 minutes the transfer is complete!
