My wife and I both registered for all three big night giveaways. What's interesting is that her recent stay was credited to my account. She booked and checked in on her own.

Is this promotion limited to one per household?

Thanks.

Strange! Numerous reports of people getting numerous credits for several people in their household so I don't think you have anything to worry. Could the Club Carlson Number on her reservation have been yours and NOT hers?

She booked under her account, so the number should be right. The stay does show in her account, just no points are posted.

I guess I will have to contact club carlson.

I have the same issue. My husband and I stayed at a Radisson (1 night in each of our names) and at a Country Inn and Suites. The Country Inn and Suites points posted for both of our accounts, but the Radisson points only posted to his account. I called Carlson and the representative said that she can see that there was a night in my name and that I had registered for the promotion and she did not know why the points had not posted. She also said that the promotion states you will receive your points within 6-8 weeks and that she cannot do anything until the 8 weeks have passed. If you receive a different answer, please let me know.

I'm curious, do both of your accounts have the same address listed for yourself & spouse?

Yes, both of our accounts have the same address.

This is a promotion worth leaving your wife for, especially if you can get all 138k points :)

yes, physical address is the only thing that is the same, different name, email, phone number, credit card...

janjer, I think you might be confused. OP is saying that he *did* get both sets of points but they both posted to his account.
You are missing one set of points. You must call CC to have them look into it further, apparently after 8 weeks.
OP was either lucky, or part of a glitch from the posting property.

Is there a chance that either of you stayed at that property before? If so, their PM system may have brought up a returning guest record and the FD staff just accepted it without verifying the CC ID number.

Should be an easy fix

It is limited to one per account/person - not per household

Strictly speaking, yes as to the Radisson promo. But again, all three promos can earn into one account.

Separately, as I've noted in the big thread, the pattern I've observed is that all points, including bonuses, post mid-day, three days after departure. Perhaps it's worthwhile to say: ...if all else has gone well at the hotel.

You are correct, I did misread the post. I will be calling them after the 8-week period to make sure I get the points. I don't expect a problem since the CSR said she could not see any reason why the points did not post.
