I made a reservation on United using cash and miles back in December for flights in July. One of the flight times changed and DC subsequently reissued the ticket.
United now tell me that the e-ticket has not been correctly attached to the booking and that, unless it's resolved, they wont let us fly. ICC tell me that all is well and that United need to sort it out.
I've gone back and forth between United Premier Line (I'm 1k with them) and the ICC. Both tell me the other should sort out the problem. My frustration is mounting.
Any tips? Is there someone sensible at BMI I can talk to who might be able to fix this?
