Star Alliance - IAD to DEL, premium economy?

Hello, I am travelling from IAD to DEL in October and I was wondering if there are any cheap fares/classes that net 150% PQM on United/Star Alliance. I am currently considering AF because I can get Premium Voyager for ~$2000, and I was wondering if there were any fares on Star Alliance for ~$2000 that also have a 150% PQM earning rate within the Star Alliance. So far, I've only found much more expensive tickets, or have a hard time searching for a "separate" premium economy ticket.
Thanks so much.

First of all, AF is not part of Star Alliance. Second, have you tried searching on the UA site (IAD-EWR-DEL)?

The best premium economy product for USA-India in Star Alliance is on Turkish Airlines.
The accrual rate depends on your frequent flyer program.

I understand. What I meant is that I will probably be doing AF because I can get premium economy for ~$2000 total. If possible, I'd like to earn on *A (my United account) rather than SkyTeam (my Delta account), but am having trouble finding any 150% PQM earners for ~$2000 on *A. On the UA site, the cheapest I come up with is ~$3800.

Sadly, Turkish Airlines' premium economy only nets 100% of PQM :(
My main goal is trying to get the 150% PQM bonus for as cheap as possible, and so far, I can find that on Skyteam with AF...in an ideal world, I'd like to get that on *A instead.
Bump!
EDIT: is there any way to figure out how many additional PQM I can buy once my ticket is booked without actually booking it? Is it based on mileage or anything?

Why not try Virgin Atlantic, it has a great PE product and earns a full 125% on US.

OP is earning with UA, not US, so can't earn with VS. Also, VS flights to DEL leave late night, so you're stuck 13 hrs at LHR T3. Ugh.

Well you could spend the day in London, there is an express train that gets you to downtown in 15 min.
