I am trying to change an award ticket I booked for my wife, and I want to see how many points I was initially charged for each leg (not the total). Is there any way to do this aside from calling reservations and asking?

Only the security fees are by leg. texashoser Jun 20, 12, 9:41 am Assuming you bought a RT fare, not that I know of. The point details in the emailed receipt or from your RR account only show the complete point total. Looks like a call into WN. CEUflyer Jun 21, 12, 12:15 pm Why not just click "change itinerary", then select new flights for the one leg, and see if it shows a net increase or decrease in points? You don't have to go through with the change if it's a point increase. I "changed" some award tickets to the same flights last night. I thought the fare on the outbound dropped by a few points but couldn't be sure. Then it showed me a 900 point refund per ticket before I confirmed the "change". |
