Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - Dublin and Cape Town Business class lounges being used by TK

I will be flying from Dublin and Cape Town on Turkish airlines and I would like to know who's lounges they use.
Anybody knows?
I can't seem to find TK worldwide lounges on there website. Anybody knows where to find it, or link?

In Dublin TK currently use the bmi lounge (this may change following the sale of bmi to BA)
