I'm Gold HHonors, I cannot see any eCheck-in on website, So i called HHonors and I got answer that "advance purchase rate" cannot do eCheck-in!!!

i'm so disappoint

That sounds like bad information from an agent for me. eCheck-in simply doesn't work at a lot of properties and that is the more likely explanation here.

I've certainly been able to eCheck-in on advance purchase rates in the past when the system was working on rare occasions.

I had a couple prepaids in January when Hilton had the one weekend special going on and never had a problem using advance check in for those stays.

Wonder why they changed it.

If I haven't been upgraded to a suite or the room I want if it's a property without suites I don't bother completing the online check in since I seem to have better luck at the hotel getting an upgrade by not doing the OLCI.

Most of the time there are very few upsides to doing OLCI.
