Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - Cancelled Ticket

Aghhh, have booked a W fare cheap as chips economy flight for August 2nd to 12th from Muscat to Manchester and discovered today it had been cancelled. Tried to get it reinstated with a ticket office and was told that no longer were the fares available in that class and i'd be waitlisted.... Nothing else could be done.
Since it's clearly not my fault, I've dropped an e-mail to the complaints line hoping that they can resolve the situation. Inshallah!

Decided to drop an e-mail to the CEO as well, just on the off chance, and got a reply within 24 hours saying that the fee for the next booking class had been waived, and and I was now booked on the flight again.
Thank you Turkish Airlines, thats a good resolution.

Btw what's the email address for the CEO, as it sounds more efficient as any other traditional complaint?
