Hi, I tried to search the internet for any under 25 renter coupon code that waives the fee for Alamo or Enterprise. But I couldn't find any. Are there any out there?

No. They waive the fee only for certain association and corporation discounts, but usually not for retail customers.
Hertz will, however, with the Underage Coupon from their website, PC 144314, or with free Gold Family, hertz.com/goldfamily.
Do not fall into the trap of assuming discount brands will always be cheaper than premium brands, especially if you would otherwise have to pay a taxable underage fee.
