JAL Mileage Bank - JAL 017/018 and JAL 735/736

Still new to this forum as a whole, I thought may be I can ask the expert flyers here. :D

Will be flying JAL later on this summer on the above flights from Vancouver, Canada to Hong Kong via Narita.

Any advise on:
1. Seat selection?
2. Airport Lounge usage in Naita and Hong Kong?

My wife and I will be in business class while the two kids will be in economy.

Just out of curiosity, how old are the kids?

In NRT go for the Sakura lounge, its simply the best. The CX lounge is kinda simple by comparison. But given your stat with CX you could get creative and guest one kid into the CX lounge and the other one into Sakura. I've never done that so not sure if it'd work though...
