Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan - SEA-DTW?

Don't know if this has been discussed, apologies if so. Has Alaska ever mentioned a SEA to DTW possibility? This is my major route and it would be a big benefit to have an Alaska option as opposed to Delta.

I've not heard it, but anything is possible. Generally, future plans such as these are considered "proprietary". If market development people at AS find that it could be profitable then it could happen, and an announcement would be made to much fanfare.

If it ever happens then ASFlyer will be the first to post it here! He's been begging for DTW for years!

TIAanything is a possibility although I dont think its ever mentioned by AS when mulling over any new route addition. They may have said "we are looking at new expansion opportunities" but truth be told they are constantly looking at most any city as a potential place and looking constantly at cutting current locations that under perform. Typically you keep that stuff hush hush until the deal is set in stone
