Choice Privileges - Choice Privleges & Skype - A complete rip off

I have been buying Skype credit through the Choice Privileges mall since December. I have yet to receive credit. In March I requested credit and never received a response. I could be wrong but I think they recently changed the T&Cs on Skype Credit. It seems ridiculous. I just tried again and here's the response they gave me:

We apologize for any inconvenience. This purchase did not credit because it is not eligible. When selecting Skype from our participating list of merchants there are special terms which state:


Skype only rewards on new paying customer sales. Customers earn when an online purchase of SkypeOut, SkypeIn/Voicemail, SkypePro and Country, Global or Regional Plan products within our online store is completed. Customers will earn only on purchases that occur via Skype's website (not Skype Interface).

If this is not a new first time purchase at Skype, your purchase will not be eligible.

Thanks for the info. Not that I want others to feel my pain but it does make me feel better :)
