I am planning a trip East - destinations of choice: Dubai, Thailand (Phuket or Pataya), Delhi and back to the east coast (NY)
I would be using miles to travel Business/First depending on availability. Is it possible to do a multi-destination trip like that using miles to travel to the farthest destination.
Example: Business to Delhi is 120,000 miles. Can I fly to New Delhi while taking a stop over in DXB (2 days) and Thailand (1 week ) and then to New Delhi (1 week) and back to NY for 120,000 miles?
Thanks

You could do NY-DEL-BKK with a stopover in Delhi as long partnership wit Jetairways is alive.

On second thoughts, if two stopovers are allowed, you mighy be able to do Dubai too.

Is the OP using DL miles? Then one stopover (along a legal route) and one open jaw are allowed, but IFC is not allowed (SkyTeam rule) and partner flights can be used only if available at low miles. Business class tickets book into domestic FC for domestic connecting segments on DL.
Other SkyTeam carriers can have other redemption rules; for instance, some AF elites can get IFC award tickets.

Op, did you find anything?
I'm curious as well as i'm making a trip Europe -> Mumbai and back (to the saame start point) and I wouldn't mind stopping in Dubai and somewhere in asia.
