Rented a car from GREENMOTION and was caught speeding, accepted it and paid the fine. When checking my bank statement found GREEN MOTION had charged me 98 pounds for ADMIN fees nearly double the fine. Checked with several other car hire companies and told the average fee is 20 - 30 pounds. Sent numerous letters to the branch and head office, all ignored. Called today and told as they sub lease to sub lease again I have to pay 3 admin fees. They do not tell you this before you rent. Please advise anyone thinking of renting this is what they do.
