Booking not possible at Palazzio/Venetian - System error ?
For 3 days now i've been unable to find availability or make a booking for any room at these two alliance properties. A strange error message presents itself from the website
"We are sorry, our system is temporarily unavailable. Please try again or contact your <a href="/h/d/${BRAND_CODE}/${REGION_ID}/${LOCALE}/c/2/content/dec/cn/0/en/cs/resoffice.html">nearest reservation office</a> for assistance "
I called into ICH reservations who also cannot see or make bookings, but I was unable to get across that they have a problem. Instead I ended up with direct Venetian guest services who cannot help me book a BOGO voucher reservation.
Am I mad or is it broke at the moment ?
