I am looking to store 2 baby car seats at JFK for a period of about a month.
Is there long term and reduced price storage available? The regular pricing of $4 per day minimum per item would make it unrealistic

If you will be or can be at a nearby hotel the night before or after your trip, they may be willing to hold them for you. I would speak to a manager first to confirm they will do it before bringing them.

For about $50 a month for a 5' x 5' room, there are self-storage sites around JFK. They aren't exactly "close by," but since you'll have a car, it should be okay. I never used any around there, so really can't provide experiences/direct guidance. If you think this is something you may be interested in, search "self storage around JFK," I'm sure a few would pop up. You'll most likely need to bring your own lock.

The one we used in Manhattan has a 3-month minimum (or some caveats along those lines), so be sure to look out for that.
