Emirates Skywards - Emirates First or Business Class with Miles

Is there an easy way to get a First or Business Class Ticket with Emirate miles, or maybe a trick. I see that SPG miles transfer 1 to 1 with Emirates is that the only transfer partner? I currently do not have any Emirate miles but have plenty of just about everything else.

I am trying to go from Phoenix to Sri Lanka using Emirates. Would be nice to have a long stopover in Dubai.
