Southwest Rapid Rewards - Contacting customer relations

Is there a way to contact CR?? I've tried a hundred times (+/- 10) and it's been always hopelessly busy. I would fax or email my request, or try another number if there was such an option.

Does anyone know??

As is standard with most major websites, southwest.com has a "Contact Us (https://www.southwest.com/contact-us/contact-us.html)" page. From that page you can access an Email Us (via web form) link, and view other contact options. Perhaps the best option, however, is the personal service from the FT reps.
