Virgin Australia Velocity - Family Pooling?

Hi,
i am setting up family pooling so my parents points will go to my account, i read something about only 2 people over the age of 18.
Does this mean that i can only get points sent from one of my parents? (i'm 20)
or am i able to get the points from both parents?

no, you will only get points/SC from one parent - it is more nuclear family pooling than extended family pooling.

However you can swap family members in and out of the pool, so if your parents fly infrequently and separately, you could add the flying parent to your pool and remove the non flying parent and vice versa. If your parents were travelling together, see if you can have the pooled member on a paid ticket and use your points for the non-pooled family member.

Family pooling is working at 85% for us at the moment. Of the 7 flights eligible for pooling, 6 have worked.
