US Airways Dividend Miles - n00b question - how do I get agreement between ITA and US Airways?

This is probably a pretty common question, but here goes...
I am trying to book a flight SFO<->GIG, let's say. I decided to increase the number of stops using codes on ITA to push the miles up from about 14.5k rdtrip to 15.5k rdtrip (including 500 mile seg minimums).

ITA shows I can book a flight for only about 10$ more with 4 stops in. When I try to book on US, it looks like it's 260$ more. Is there a way to trick US into giving me this fare or is ITA just wrong?

usairways.com likes to price segment by segment when you do a multi segment trip. You could call in to book, or use a third party booking engine.

I was able to get it to price up on Expedia by doing a multi-segment trip specifying US as carrier and splitting your segments as follows:

SFO-LAS
LAS-GIG
GIG-LAS
LAS-PHX
PHX-SFO

You may want to consider the 11:20am departure from LAS on your outbound to avoid the short connection in CLT. Price is the same.
