Air France Frequence Plus - Best seats in voyageur on 772

I am going to be flying AF CDG-ATL on a 772 (version 2) w/ 3 people. Seatguru says nothing about extra leg room in the bulkhead, and I've read that there is less leg room in the bulkhead on some AF flights. Should I go w/ row 19, row 20 (with a seat in J so I can get at least one seat with some leg room)?

I have also tried calling both DL (who I booked my ticket w/) and AF to try to get me in the exit row, and no luck. They said they are blocked. I am a FO, so I can see some of the premium seats on the DL map, but nothing on the AF, and exit row is blocked on both.

20J or 20C is your best option, 772 bulkhead have less room leg.
