LAN LANPASS - Seat selection on TAM flight (LAN codeshare)

Hi, not related to LANPASS per se, but to LAN. I got a ticket with LAN through travelocity. I got the booking code, and I am able to see the segments and select seats, but when I try to look at the ticket details (ticket number, etc) the site cannot find my ticket :(
Any idea why this might be happening? (I am using the US version of the site).

Hi. You can try My Trips, "see details and other services" which will show tix number. Also, could try punching it in to checkmytrip dot com.
