Thailand - Early check in Pullman King Power ??

Does anyone have any experience of an early check in at Pullman KP, scheduled to land around 05.55, so looks like i'll be at hotel around 07.00.

Any opinions on wether they'll check me in or wether they'll ask for an extra fee, or would it be best to book a cheap place to stay for 8hrs during the day. Don't really want to go wondering in the city on the morning after an overnight flight from europe.....Read on tripadvisor that they wanted 1700thb for an early check in at Novotel ploenchit, seemed a bit steep, wondered if this was a standard across accor properties.

Booked an executive room if this makes a difference.

I've never had a problem at any hotel in Bangkok checking in early.

Why not just ask the hotel what their policy is?

The biggest issue for early check-in is if they have rooms to give you. This hotel should not be full. The rooms are nice.

Having an executive room WILL make a difference.

I'd bet dollars to donuts that you have no problem at 7am. Enjoy!

Many stays for me at Pullman BKK. If rooms are available, I dont see a problem. If none available, they should allow baggage storage and use of some of the areas such as the pool and gym. IMO their breakfast buffet at Cuisine Unplugged is the best as far as what I like.

Arrived July 3d at 11am and had to wait 1 hour for a room to become available.
Were directed to nearby bar and received a welcome drink after handing over booking and passport, this was before we learned about the one hour wait.

Saw many people checking out during that one hour wait, fair enough.

We found the breakfast rather ordinary for a 5* property.
Rooms were very good though not big (34sqm) and staff super friendly.
