This is neat.
Could anyone confirm the exact meaning of the text below the graph. In English "** All Level Miles earned above your level thresholds at the end of the year will be carried over to 2013". The way I read it is that the rollover will happen for any status level (not only Plat). Is that official? If so, that is a nice feature.

Yes it's official, you can read this article : http://www.flyingbluenews.com/news/1132/reportez-vos-miles-statut-sur-lanne-2012-et-au-del.html

I don't know if it is a bug or not: I had around 185000 qualifying miles in 2011. I got 70000 reported to 2012. I earned around 30000 in 2012, so I have 100000 miles. Now, on my page, they put that my 100000 qualifying miles for 2012 include the 70000 reported from 2011... but shouldn't it be 115000 reported from 2012 and 145000 in total with the new retroactive rule? or have they just rolled out the interface without doing conversion?

Great.
My son was well over the Gold qualification level for 2011, but his account shows 0 miles to be reported from 2011. Is that normal?

If it remains like that until December 31, 2012, then no, it is not normal.

Until then, or until it is updated - we can't say.

I think so! Here the same, new interface, but not the right miles. Time for a new communicationmanager :P:D

You are right! I am getting senile.
To my defense, I have little time and have given up on FB until AF introduces a flat bed in J. So the title of the thread was unappealing. Some silly mental block.

Silly that it only shows status reached as per Level Miles...

For instance, I have 16 segments so far this year which should indicate SILVER but as my level miles are only around 16'000 miles so far it shows I'm still on IVORY heading for SILVER.

Besides, it doesn't take soft landings into consideration, so basically pretty worthless as I clearly would have reached silver for next year after my first Level flight..... but it looks nice ;)

Nice of them to spend time and IT resources to make things look pretty. Now how about making the site functional?

:D

Never forget that this is a *French* company, so the rule is "form over function" ;)

Have we established that the web site is managed in France? I think we established that OLCI is run by the Dutch, right?

Except when you try it on the US site for AF .... where you get a "page cannot be found" error.

Cheers,

It shows up just fine for me when accessing my FB profile via the US version of www.airfrance.com.

This appears on the "Mileage Summary" page - are you saying that your mileage summary is not being shown, at all? (This info does not appear on its own separate page)

It's weird, the rollover computation didn't work on my account. I should have reported a bunch of miles, but it shows 0 mile....

When I log in to my account on airfrance.us, it never loads the account information page, but gives me a broken link page ... I'll go try the airfrance.com route.

"Mon Espace" or "My Account" shows up rarely when accessing the French version - more often it does not ! It will then only show this very short top menu on the right hand top side : reservations - profile -logout. Not very customer friendly. At least I have the feeling lately that things are moving in the right direction for FB-ers.

For me it showed up fine, except every link I click on askd for my password again. I can x the popup and it lets me go to where the link takes me, but if I actually do put in the password it would take me right back to the original page.

Today I checked in for tomorrow's flights. 1st flight had already assigned me an exit row, but when I tried to change the exit row seat it wanted €20. I am Platinum! These seats are free for me. Then the 2nd flight wouldn't even release the exit seats. After a few hours it did release them, but then it wanted €20 again.

KLM Facebook boys took a look and said "you appear to have 5F on the 2nd flight". To which I have to answer "uh, yes. That is the reason I contacted you in the first place! Because I have 5F and cannot get 11F!"

KLM IT = FAIL and has for the past 6 years at least.

UPDATE:
KLM Facebook told me to go ahead and pay for the seats and then put in a refund claim. The refund claim part of the website doesn't work either!!!!
