Marriott Rewards (including Ritz-Carlton) - Have Never Received my Rewards Card
I am a Gold with Marriott and have attempted to order my Marriott Card 4 times online and once over the phone. My address is correct (UK address) but I have yet to receive my card over the various requests the past 6 months. Does anyone have any idea why I have not received it? I receive other mail from Marriott with no problems.
I would call them up and find out what happened.

It always shows up Yes but I don't actually have a card with my membership number on it which I would like. So its a matter of just having an actual Marriott card .

I don't think I have ever "shown" my frequent traveler card for any airline, hotel or anything. Just seems like an extra card to carry!?

Ditto. Other than as a convenient reference for the account number, is there any reason that the card itself is necessary?

I am sure many of us have our Marriott number memorized just like a home address.

I couldn't tell if that was sarcasm, but I'm sure that many of the people who don't have it memorized do have a memo on their cell phones.

You don't really need the card. I've never been asked for it nor have ever had a use for it.

If you have an I-Phone, the latest Marriott app has a digital rewards card, containing your number, status, and current point balance.
Sounds like the OP just wants to have the physical card. I also never had a single instance where they asked for my card either but I guess it's useful to have at times with the membership number and other phone numbers to call in the back. Or you can just save all that information on your phone, email...paper? ;)
Just saw a post on the updated Marriott app. I tried it before in the past and uninstalled it on my Android phone because of the very limited features. Hopefully it will be much better with this latest update.
I received my replacement card two days ago. I cannot remember when I requested it but it must have been several weeks ago.
I'm also based in the UK.

I don't think it would be related to being in the UK. I have always received my yearly packs from Marriott without issue since moving to London in 2008.
