Other European Frequent Flyer Programs - Low cost airlines (in fact Norwegian) cheaper booking on 3rd party site?

Here is the deal: on Kakak you get the flight for 130 euros:
http://www.kayak.de/flights/VIE-HEL/2012-10-03/2012-10-10/
On Norwegian.com the same flight costs 185 euros:
http://www.norwegian.com/de/fliegen/sparpreis/?D_City=VIE&A_City=HEL&D_Day=08&D_Month=201301&D_SelectedDay=08&R_Day=08&R_Month=201301&R_SelectedDay=08&CurrencyCode=EUR&rnd=2571&processid=2571
How comes? Isn't the conventional wisdom says you never book a low cost airline ticket on a 3rd party site? To add insult to injury it's a connecting flight.

Update: I added together the separate legs on Norwegian's site: it's 160 euros. That's understandable that it comes out cheaper than the connecting journey for 185 but on Kayak it's still cheaper at 130. Strange.

Why? Its OK to ask the OEFFP regulars why some booking engines show lower prices for LCCs tix..
I use swoodo.de to compare ticket prices and find a few gems. Noteworthy is that many OTAs access inventory loaded on GDS for sale in the US, which may be more favorably stocked with inventory than their homemarket. 4U always appears with the lowest fare class available on ITA for example.

ITA - do you mean the site: matrix.itasoftware.com?
To cut the long story short: do you say that some low cost airlines load their fares up the GDS so they are bookable cheaper than their own sites?
Is Swoodo.de better than Kayak.de?

Yes, ITA = matrix.
Kayak just bought swoodoo, so sooner or later they will be the same.
I'm saying that LCC may have different inventory available on different sales channels/markets, so yes there may be a deal out there that is cheaper than the LCCs webpage.
