Travel with Children - Traveling with babies

I will be making a trip in December on Korean Air from HKG to ATL with my spouse and 2 babies (ages 11 months and 34 months). We will be in business class. Anyone with this experience? I'm planning to use a CARES harness for the older one and a car seat for the younger one. Any pointers or things to consider?

I don't know from personal experience, but I remember reading/hearing that the CARES harness does not fit most business class seats. Are you sure it will work on Korean?
(FWIW, I think you could get away without it, anyway, considering your child's nearly 3)
