Hi all,

I'm planning a trip to Mauritius from Paris (CDG) with Emirates.
I have several options so I'd like to have your advices.

Some background :we'll be 5 :my wife and I, our 2yo daughter and my wife's parents (60yo)

So here are my choices :
1 - Just 3 hours in transit at DXB in the middle of the night and arrive at MRU in the morning.
2 - Arrive at DXB in the afternoon, a little sightseeing and a good night sleep at a nearby hotel and take the 2nd flight at noon and be at MRU in the afternoon.
3 - Arrive at DXB at midnight, no sightseeing, a little night sleep at a nearby hotel and take the 2nd flight at noon and be at MRU in the afternoon.

What would you do ?

Thanks.

Well, I think they're all perfectly reasonable options, it really is going to depend on your family. Have you asked your wife and in-laws what they would like to do?

With a small child I would probably go with option 1 or 2, but it really depends...

With a youngster in tow, I would go for option 1 or 3.

Thank you,

I have another option (wich is better :)), AF has a promo for a direct flight wich is (money wise) equivalent to EK + hotel in DXB, so I'll go with it.
