This is definitely a CHEAP rate for London! I have no expereince with Tune Hotels, but the Paddington area does provide easy access to London!

Budget brand Tune Hotels has launched a promotional soft opening rate of just £19 for its new London Paddington property.
The hotel officially opens on June 25, but from June 18-24 guests can stay for just £19 for a windowless room, or £25 for a room with a window.
