Best Western Rewards - How long does it take to receive TravelCard by Email?

I'm buying in Canadian Dollars in live in Canada. The system is down and they said it would be up by Monday morning, I check out Monday morning so if I receive my travel card in the email within an hour or so, I can still collect the AE miles and use travel card...
How long does it take to come to your email after purchasing? Thanks!

Mine arrived within a minute by email.
Don't know how long the Aeroplan points will take.

I am still waiting for the points from last week's purchases, IME it's usually been a couple weeks at least. One of the longer posting times, but a couple times now they got the math wrong ... in my favor ... so let them take their time! ;)

Got my travel cards in one minute by email. Bought on June 11 - looks like I need to wait a few weeks to get my Aeroplan Points.
Do all best westerns HAVE to take and acknowledge the travel card?
EDIT: I Found out a couple things today by calling different best westerns as customer service/reservations had no idea and that it was up to the hotel.
If you book an internet only rate, where you pay the full stay in advance, the hotel has a choice to either refund that and you can use your travel card, or you cannot use it at all. I would always call and confirm with the hotel about their specific policy regarding this as I called 3 different hotels in the area, 2/3 said they would refund me and use travel card, while the other one said they can't do that.

I purchased A BW travel card on June 9th.
On July 6th, I noticed that my bonus Aeroplan points had not been credited.
I called Customer Service and was assured that the matter would be attended to immediately. Shortly after that I received a confirmatory e-mail.
My points posted yesterday--July 9th.
It's not often that Customer Service gets praised, but my first experience with BW's CS is now most favourable.

I've had the WORST experience with BW travel card, their customer service/tech support and best western in general for 3 separate stays + a $500 purchase. I will most likely never stay with best western and purchase a travel card again... I will make a thread here when I have time as I have a lot to say(They wasted over 6 hours of my time, and I actually lost money due to their negligence and I was offered no reasonable remedies).
I am a platinum but it makes no difference to me or to them, they should have better service than what I had to go through.
