Hertz - Denver airport rentals

We are flying in to Denver airport the end of July, the rates seem high about $400 for 5 days.

If I rent from an HLE, it is under $200.

If I rent it from an HLE and return it to the airport it is $350.

any tricks, codes or different HLE?

Get a ride to your hotel in their shuttle (if they have one), check in, etc. Then ask if you could get a ride to the HLE or if it's walking distance, or if there's another easy way to get there (public bus, etc.). If that works you could return the car to the HLE and do the reverse to get to the airport.

Some HLEs even offer pick-up service, so if you can't get from your hotel to Hertz via the hotel shuttle, walking, or easy public transit, call the HLE and ask if they can come to the hotel and pick you up.

rent HLE for four days, return, re rent same car one day to the airport?
