I am looking for somebody who is flying in Dec 2012 from FRA (Ger) to SYD (Aus) for a 2/3 or 4 week stay and wouldn't mind offering my Mam a little hand to find the right Gate, board at the right time etc. The AUS trip is a present for her 70 birthday, to come visit her daugther and 2 only granddaughters who live in Sydney. As my Mum can not speak or understand english (but is otherwise healthy & fit) it would be great to have 'a little helping hand' now and then on the flight along the way. Travel dates open. Thx so much!!!
P.S. mu mum speaks german only.

P.S. mu mum speaks german only.QF has a minimum of 1 German speaking flight attendant on board all flights to/from FRA, fwiw. All of the major airlines would have similar staffing, just avoid the chinese and EK/EY carriers which don't guarantee linguistic skills onboard. You can also pay for a meet/greet service at airports, and even escort service by the airline (though those get expensive and aren't likely to be needed).
