Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan - Requesting Mileage credit

When requesting missing mileage credit for my AS mileage plan, on a flight taken on AS metal, but booked on DL, do I use the standard form or is more required?

I was credited for all of my segments operated by DL, but not for my segment operated by AS.

How long did you wait? My last trip was similar to yours, and the AS-metal leg actually showed up a few days later than the DL-metal leg.

I would think you would "follow the metal." I'd submit it on the missing points for AS flights form.

Would a screen shot of the mobile boarding pass on my phone suffice for claiming mileage credit, both on AS and partner flights?
