Other North & South America Frequent Flyer Programs - 2 hr connection in GRU with terminal change - will this work ?

I have a question to GRU experts :

I'm planning to arrive in GRU from SCL on LAN ( T2 )
My connection flight is SQ to BCN from T1

I will have 2 hours in between, 2 separate tickets.

Is this enough time ? I suppose that LAN ( it's actually a JJ ticket, operated by LAN ) will be able to check my luggage trough to SQ and I will only have to change terminals from T2 to T1, no need to clear immigration or recheck luggage.

Does this make sense to people who know GRU well ?

Well, there is an airside connection between the terminals. Can you check-in to your SQ flight on-line? I don't know if you can do it airside at GRU.
If you have to collect your luggage and check-in again, I'd say it's extremely risky.

Well, on SQ website GRU is not in the list of cities where web check-in is available...it's a bit strange.

Even if web check-in is not available, there must be a transit desk where I could get my BP for SQ flight, right ?

Not really tempted to clear immigration and security just to check-in..
