Hyatt Gold Passport - Two Stays in One Night?

View Full Version : Two Stays in One Night?

Because it's getting close to the end of Feb, I'm getting worried that I may fall a couple FFN short of covering my March/April reservations.

Is it possible to gain credit for 2 FFN's in the same night? Could I do this by:

1) Booking two separate confirmation numbers at the SAME Hyatt for the SAME night and checking in/out of each?

2) Booking two separate rooms at two DIFFERENT Hyatt's for the SAME night and checking in/out of each (obviously, they'd be in the same city)?

Would either of these work? Or is there some other trick that the Hyatt experts know of?

Plan 2 should work.

Plan 1 will not work.

Dear Fire_Fly,

Rather than have you go through unnecessary steps that will not earn you an additional Faster Free Night award on your account, I would like to clarify the Terms & Conditions of the Gold Passport Program and the Faster Free Night Program.

1.) Only one Faster Free Night credit will be given per member, per stay, regardless of the number of rooms confirmed.

2.) Our system will not allow two different hotel stays to post to your account for the same night. The system would recognize that double bookings were made for the same night and only post one of the two stays.

I hope you are able to accumulate the number of nights you need by February 29, 2004. Should you have any additional questions, please let me know.

Best Regards,
