Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus - cheap C/F fares ex SEA to Europe ?

Hi all,
any sugestions for origin from which city ( VTE, PNH, RGN, KUL, SIN, JKT, MNL, SGN, HAN, HKG, ??? ) we can book the cheapest J/P fares ?
ex Asia AUG 1-3 month ( aprox 7 weeks )
actually the cheapest I found was MNL-FRA for 2150 USD++ in business.

The cheapest if depart from FRA was 1729 EUR / aprox 2160++ USD ( but only 1 month valid )

Any other idea ?

I am buying out of Hanoi and Phnom Penh, everyday I check Mileage Run and have been able to pick up some excellent tips. Some of my best buys of late have been out of Bangkok, Singapore and Penang, paying for them in local currency and converting to an Australian dollar which was skyrocketing, alas those days are over. I have not found anything like the $2150 to Europe except Vietnam Air, sounds as if it may be a 30 day ticket and not upgradeable, both of these are essential to the way I travel. I can usually get down from SEA to Australia for 2000 dollars in Business, thats alright because it is a 772/3. There are any number of VW cheapies around but it is very hard to find the cheaper J fares, and when I do , most now have a clause "upgrades not alowed"

The fare starting from FRA is available most over the year, but the handicap is it is only valid max 30 days. This could sometimes work ex Asia ( because mostly I not stay longer than 1 month in Europe ), but ex Europe I need at least 3 month.
The fare ex Manila was the cheapest I found ( checked to FRA in August , SGN/HAN and VTE were aprox 400 $ more.
But comparing fares, I found a SWISS fare ( Z ) class 12 month ex Amsterdam AMS to BKK 1410 Euro++ and 12 month valid, and 1250 Euro ex Athen ATH. But ATH is 3h flight from us, while AMS is just a 240 km drive.
Regarding milagerun , I also read about the ex RGN fares, but that I never got realised.

As with many fares in asia, you need to check
1) TG website
2) Local travel agencies

as the mainstream OTAs will not have these fares.
