Being relatively new to the Southwest policy of being able to rebook your ticket if the fare has gone lower and get a refund for the difference... does this apply to using your points? EBCI is technically "not refundable", but if you use the Change Reservation feature the EBCI should transfer to the new itinerary. My experience with that is mixed; sometime it does, sometimes it doesn't. If you cancel a reservation, you lose the EBCI and the $10. |
