When I have qualified for 1 free night under the "Faster Free Night" promotion, where does it show on my account online?
I think I have 2 qualified nights now and would like to know more as to wheather it shows on my account when I login at goldpassport.com
Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

There are two ways you can view this:
1. (easiest) After you log in to your account at www.goldpassport.com (http://www.goldpassport.com) you should see a message that says Congratulations on the FFN you have earned. There is a link that says Click Here to book. Once you click the link, you get brought to a screen with a drop down box showing the number of nights that you have available to book. The drop down will only let you pick the number of available nights in your account;
2. After logging in to your Gold Passport account, you can select the Account Detail link. For each FFN that you earn, it will sho a date, Award (in the description), and 0p in the point field. This indices an open/available FFN. If the FFN is being used to cover a reservation the above data will appear, but the property name at which the FFN is held will also display.
If your credits are missing call GP customer service. Usually they are pretty quick to correct discrepancies.
Also when you cancel an FFN reservation, I don't think the award immediately goes back in to an available status, I think it gets queued to some back office function that must work some process in order to have your award again show available with no associated property on it.

Also note that it may take up to 72 hours before your FFN available nights appear on the website after you log in (even when the points for the qualifying stays have posted); so give it some time if you're not in a hurry to book.
