You often have to convince DL.dumb to find PV by doing a multi-city booking like SFO-CDG, CDG-MUC. Search by schedule can also help. You might try pricing things out on ITA Matrix first (using "DL+ /f bc=w" without quotes in the advanced routing codes both directions) and then doing search by schedule.

I've had success if you go to the advanced search and search specifically for M and higher (not W). Usually then it will show PV flights.
