Hilton HHonors - Missing Q2 bonus for Garden Inn stay?

I stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn on May 27th, and haven't seen any Q2 Double your Hhonors points come through for the evening. Later hotel stays (at a DoubleTree) came through fine.

I've squinted at the fine print on the offer and as far as I can tell the stay should qualify. The hotel wasn't on the list of properties that declined to participate.

Anyone else had issues with Garden Inns and the Q2 promotion?

What rate did you book?

Looks like a normal room rate ($189/night). Folio says "L-AA" for the rate plan. All my other bonuses showed up (gold, etc.)

Just to recap for others: I called today after the requisite 6 weeks had passed. The lady on the phone investigated and said the hotel wasn't participating, which is odd because it is not listed in the Q2 hotel list (3 other ANC hotels are, but not the one I stayed at).

Anyway the lady on the phone was very nice and credited me the bonus points rounded up to the nearest thousand (woohoo 140 extra points!)
