Hertz - How does Hertz work at Orlando Amtrak

I booked a reservation, and there was a pop up that stated that I would be met at the station with the car, or something to that affect. Has anybody used this service?

I did a search and a similar question from 2007 remained unanswered.

Most of the posters indicate they will only have the counter staffed when somebody is coming in on that train who had reserved a car.

After posting here I thought about Amtrak unlimited too. I use both forums.
