SAS EuroBonus - SK vs UA Business seats

My mom is going to be flying to ARN next month in business class, and is wondering about the seats. She has flown the CO 752 and thought the beds were quite good for sleeping, but is thinking about flying on the SAS A330 because of some schedule issues. How good/bad are the 170 degree seats? She's quite short (under 5 feet tall - 150 cm). Food, entertainment, lounges don't really matter to her.
Thanks for any thoughts.

Well the SAS seat are great for lounging but not so great for sleeping, if its a night flight I would chose United, but on a day flight SAS wins hand down. So its a matter of preferences... In your mothers case I think she should stick to United, if all she wants is to sleep from takeoff to landing.

Thanks so much for the answer; exactly what I wanted to know.
One other question- is there an arrivals facility at ARN since she'll be arriving early and would love to freshen up? She's only *S.
If flying with SAS - but probably not when flying with UA - you are allowed access to the Business lounge in terminal 5 upon arrival. However those lounges do not have any showers so probably of limited value.
Terminal 4 has Rest and Fly (http://www.restandfly.com/), which has beds but also allows you to shower for a price of 85 SEK.

Thanks- she wound up changing her dates and picking United. I'm still trying to find out if UA has any arrangements for arrivals facilities like CO did at the Sky City. If not, I'll let her know about the Rest and Fly. Thanks for the info on that.

In business class on UA/CO last year and this year to ARN, no arrivals facility has been provided to me by the airline. Alternative arrangements for a possible fee do exist; but if having a hotel in town, I usually end up getting access to a room in the morning anyway and do that.
T4 Rest&Fly facility for a fee is the more reliable option generally.
