I am hoping this is a CheckMyTrip bug. My trip for tomorrow is no longer showing up on CMT. It still shows on https://eitr.amadeusasia.com/index.aspx
Since I am flying NZ I need their booking reference to know if ticket is still alive. Amadeus doesn't give me the NZ reference. I am currently on the phone so I can't call NZ till I'm done with this call. Anyone know where else I can get the NZ reference from? And is this happening with anyone else that their tickets are disappearing from CMT?

Use this instead:

The one you used on Amadeus is to check your ticketing info only.
I think you misunderstood me. My reservation isn't showing on checkmytrip.com. If I check Amadeus it does show but Amadeus doesn't give the NZ specific reference.
Calling NZ now.
Called NZ. They say my ticket is this valid. Checkmytrip still can't see the ticket. With either the global reference or NZ reference. Hope everything goes smooth tomorrow.
I have been experiencing problems with retrieving all my DC bookings on nextgen cmt since yesterday. Checking on flybmi.com or lufty.com pulls up the itinerary and so does the classic version of cmt (https://classic.checkmytrip.com).

Try classic checkmytrip (google it) much better than the new one.

This issue also appears to affect the CMT Android app. It fails with the same "52 - Error message (52) not found for Language Code 'GB' " error as full CMT, while Classic CMT is working fine.

This has happened for my two remaining BD redemptions too. not accessible on CMT anymore.
Interestingly on one of the trips SQ appears to have re-issued a BD ticket. The routing is AKL-BKK-SIN-LHR and on Amadeus it shows two ticket numbers, one covering Auckland-London and another just covering Bangkok-Singapore. The issuing office for the Bangkok-Singapore ticket is SINSQ0ERS suggesting SQ have reissued the 236 ticket. This was done on 2nd June. Interestingly there has been no schedule change to trigger this though and the SIN-LHR sector, also on SQ has not been separately ticketed.
Anyone else notice such strange goings on? I assume as Long as I have a ticket covering origin-Destination I shouldn't be overly concerned by this?
Edit: BKK-SIN is endorded: *M*INVOL REROUTE AS PER IATA 735D / DUE ASC ORIGINAL FARE RULES APPLY. Again here is no change in schedule or route!!

yes... There are strange things afoot. I have the same. BD booking, ticketed, and I have ticket number. I can see on Amadeus, but CMT says "your ticket may have been cancelled"...well it hasn't... I have given up.

Anyone else notice such strange goings on? Same happened to at least 2 of my bookings too. Showing on Amadeus as reissued by Singapore Airlines on 236 stock on 2nd June. No change had been made to them. The schedule still appeared to be the same. I would be interested if anyone knows the explanation.

Maybe SQ doesn't want a 236 BD ticket and just taking over the booking with their own plates just in case 236 disappears entirely in a few months.

All my trips are still showing on CMT (both versions) but they are not SQ or NZ, so maybe its airline specific.

Perhaps it depends when it was booked? If it was booked after it became clear that the deadline would be 31st May perhaps such bookings are not affected and it is older bookings that are having something happen to them? Just a theory. Were your bookings made recently?

My booking on SQ now looks different on CMT as well.
There are now separate document/eticket numbers for each of the two sectors.

I just had a call from Pune on a very bad line advising me of a flight cancellation and rebooking - in our favour as this is a connecting SA flight CPT-JNB reducing our waiting time in JNB. But there is a potential problem.
According to Mr Pune, our sister and brother-in-law on pretty much the same itinerary on a separate PNR (just the last leg is different) are still booked on the cancelled flight.
How can I make sure we are all on the same flight? I'd hate to seem them rebooked on an earlier flight. Is there an SAA contact in Munich? (See below.)
Background: all 4 biz tickets were C+M awards booked and amended before the *A exit.
One curiosity at amadeusasia.com: My original bookings were made at EMABD0027 which I take to be BD at EMA or nearby. The amended ticket was made at MUCSA0NGI which I take to be SAA Munich. This is dated 05JUN12, so I wonder (i) why it took 2 days for the phone call and e-mail, (ii) why our family members have not been rebooked within 2 days and (c) have SAA Munich taken over these bookings?
